As our gifts this Mother’s Day are centred around giving our mums a well-deserved break with a relaxing cuppa, here are some tips for the perfect cup of tea. As true tea fanatics here in the office, we’re well-placed to give our top tips!
Firstly, it all depends on your taste and how you like your tea. However, as a general rule, more robust teas reach the best strength between 3-5 minutes' infusing, while delicate teas like Darjeelings, white and green teas should only be infused for around 2-3 minutes. Flavoured and green teas can take between 3-5 minutes depending on the strength of flavour preferred. And relax…
